SingStar is a big part of the Guilty Pleasures world as we’re all tragic wannabe popstars at heart. SingStar is always present at our KOKO parties and can be found at our other UK residencies when we’re running competitions.
In 2009 and 2010 Guilty Pleasures teamed up with the mighty SingStar to give you a bonanza of a summer with competitions of stupendous good fun full of amazing prizes that have included: tickets to major UK music festivals (Glastonbury, Bestival), PlayStation 3s, SingStar games and goodies and a truckload of sweets. Sweets do make things even more exciting you know.
Winners have also had the chance to live out that rock star dream by performing at these festivals all because they have wowed the crowds at our events with their vocal dexterity.
Competitions are closed for now, but the fun continues in the SingStar snug in the middle bar at KOKO, where you can belt out your song of choice and pretend you’re a star. For the more competitive amongst you, if you want to practice with SingStar on Playstation 3 before your debut, you’ll find over thousands of songs to download at the SingStore on the PlayStation Network. The PlayStation Network is only available on PS3, but is completely free to use.
